Refunds

If Precis isn't for you, you get your money back within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with. That's all it takes.

What happens next

• The full amount goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Your licence key is turned off. Precis notices the next time it confirms the licence, within about two weeks, and then stops dictating. Your History, Styles, Dictionary and Snippets stay on your Mac.

After 30 days

If something is wrong, email me anyway. I'll help, and I'll refund where Precis didn't work as described or where the law where you live says so.
